After two years of difficult challenges, we all move forward, making adjustments to the changing healthcare environment.

Like many other practices, we have had to look at our office practices and adjust without impacting the personalized care we provide. To avoid increasing fees, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue courtesy insurance billing. This would include Medicare and Medicaid.

This does not mean you will not be reimbursed for services provided to you. The change is that you will be responsible for paying for your visit at the time of service, and submitting the superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement.

You will be provided with the necessary paperwork to submit your claim, and we have attached reimbursement forms for all the major insurance companies. Please be aware of your in-network and out-of-network deductibles.

It would be advisable to obtain a form of tracking when you mail your claim.
